Our policy lasts 10 days for All orders except customized orders. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $2 USD restocking fee.
Must include a valid original purchase order number from lulumarine.com. Purchases made outside of lulumarine.com must contact respective seller for returns.
Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
*Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Lulu Marine is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.

*Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
