People who are fit and healthy feel good about themselves and they are able to face their day-to-day challenges with confidence. Work, chores and routines can be done effectively when you are physically fit. When you feel better about yourself, you look at the world in a different perspective. You do not care too much about the negatives and instead you tend to focus on the positives.
